Learn how to apply rudiments in drum fills

In this drum lesson we will learn how to apply rudiments for drum kit to create exciting drum fills. 

For many drummers we learn the rudiments in our younger years and they seem very dull. I remember being told to practice them as a kid without anyone telling me why I should practice them or how they can be used. 

Needless to say I was totally unmotivated and didn't practice them. The result was that a little later on my drumming journey I realised how the crucial the rudiments were to building my technique and sticking patterns for playing everything I wanted to play well on the drums. At that point I had a  lot of hard work to do to catch up with where I needed to be at that stage of my development.
